Brian's extensive experience in the flooring industry positions him perfectly for this leadership role. Since joining UCX, formerly JJ Haines, in 2004 as an account executive, he has consistently exceeded expectations in progressively responsible positions. These include Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and most recently, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for UCX Mid-Atlantic and Southeast, formerly JJ Haines.

Notably, in 2024, he successfully expanded his leadership scope to encompass the sales and marketing efforts across all the UCX territories as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer across North America. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their four children, as well as coaching his children’s various sports.
