Our Leadership

Joe began his career with UCX, formerly The Belknap White Group, in June 2001, when he started in the Human Resources department working on payroll. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1993 with a degree in accounting. However, over his tenure, Joe has learned everything there is to know about the flooring industry.

In 2008, Joe became the HR manager and has helped UCX to successfully navigate continuity through the company’s most significant acquisitions. He is most proud of the company’s investment in new HR technologies, which helps him to better serve the UCX team, while allowing him to spend more time with team members face-to-face. Joe most enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and playing guitar.
