Our manufacturing process is as exquisite as our wood itself. Each square foot of our wood undergoes a transformation from the moment it departs our plantations, under the careful supervision and technical assistance of the esteemed ESALQ School of Agriculture in Piracicaba, Brazil.
We uphold strict standards, only accepting raw materials with forest management certification from the Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Resources. Our drying process utilizes seventeen kilns to eliminate any existing insects or fungi in the timber. This involves subjecting the lumber to extreme temperatures and conditioning for ten days, ensuring the highest quality.
